30, 45 or 60-minute Physiotherapy Treatment. Treatment may include a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, joint mobilization and/or manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, exercise prescription, taping and more. Physiotherapy Treatment

Pilates is a low-impact workout that builds full-body strength, flexibility, and stability. It focuses on core strength and uses controlled movements, coordinated with breath, to engage muscles in the core, arms, back, and legs. 

Pilates Private or semi-private reformer sessions offer the opportunity for 1-on-1 workouts that align with your physical goals. Whether it be to improve flexibility, strength or mobility, reformer Pilates compliments every day movements and other forms of exercise. Whether you are interested in simply trying out the reformer, or looking to book regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions, the introduction option allows you to decide and go from there.

The level of difficulty will be individualized to the client during the first visit.

Private Reformer Pilates Session

45 minutes - $150 per session ($75 per person)
60 minutes - $200 per session ($100 per person)

Designed for two participants, these sessions combine mat and Reformer exercises to deliver a full-body workout that builds core strength, improves flexibility, and enhances posture. Whether you're progressing with a partner or friend, our certified instructors tailor each session to your individual needs and goals—making it ideal for all fitness levels.
