This gentle class uses a chair to help improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation while reducing stiffness and discomfort. Designed for all levels—especially those new to yoga, returning to movement, or managing joint stiffness or balance concerns—this class focuses on moving comfortably, safely, and with ease so you can feel better in your body day to day.

Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 

24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for. Please notify us by sending an email to info@physicaledgephysio.com or calling us at 905-844-8425. Failure to notify us 24 hours prior to your class will result in a no show fee.
