Community acupuncture takes place in a calm, shared group setting, where you’ll rest comfortably on a mat alongside others receiving treatment. You’ll remain fully clothed while fine, sterile needles are gently placed on areas such as the arms, legs, head, and ears. Most people then relax for 20–30 minutes, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind.

This approach is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the healthy flow of Qi (vital energy) to promote balance, stress relief, and overall well-being.
