Tuesday - Chair Yoga

Description

In this class a folding chair is used to adapt traditional poses for varying needs and abilities. Using a chair lowers impact on joints, offers the option to do poses while seated off of the ground, and gives added support for balancing poses. A balance of twists, side bends, gentle back bending and forward folding can be expected in this accessible class. This class is open to all experience levels and abilities. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
