Tuesday - Chair Yoga
Description
Using a chair in yoga lowers impact on joints, offers support for balance and for moving from standing to positions closer to the mat. In this accessible class you are encouraged to explore the many options for using the chair and other props in your practice. This class is open to all experience levels and abilities. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
