Pilates Private or semi-private reformer sessions offer the opportunity for 1-on-1 workouts that align with your physical goals. Whether it be to improve flexibility, strength or mobility, reformer Pilates compliments every day movements and other forms of exercise. Whether you are interested in simply trying out the reformer, or looking to book regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions, the introduction option allows you to decide and go from there. The level of difficulty will be individualized to the client during the first visit.
