Pilates is a method of exercise, which aims to develop core postural muscle strength, stability and flexibility resulting in an overall better body awareness and more efficient and graceful movement. 30-min class. Taught by our experienced physiotherapist and pilates instructor Nancy Botting! We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
