Tuesday - Core + Hasta/Pada
Description
Core: Strengthen your entire core with a progression of static yoga poses and conditioning movements targeting this area. Expect to work the muscles in the back body, sides of the torso and core, assisted with props such as pilates balls, blocks and straps, as required (these will be provided). These classes follow a slower pace, and are open to all levels and abilities. Hasta/Pada Deep tissue release: This focuses on the hands/wrists, and feet. Susanne incorporates principles of Thai massage to help students use their body weight and props such as balls, dowels, and rollers to self-administer a deep tissue massage. Poses explore sensation and are held for longer periods, while offering options for those less accustomed to deep tissue massage, or for those who require less pressure on specific areas. For this class props are required, and will be provided. These classes follow a slower pace, and are open to all levels and abilities. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
