Tuesday - Hatha Yoga

Description

A hatha class can vary in its pose sequence, but you'll get a good balance of stretch and muscle engagement in standing, seated, kneeling, prone and/or supine positions (lying on your back and/or front). Expect to move the spine in all directions: back bending, forward folding, twisting and side bending. Options are offered for different abilities and whatever stage you are at in your practice. Some knowledge of yoga poses and proper alignment is recommended. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
