Thursday - Mobility and Endurance Yoga
Description
This class uses props such as balls, blocks, and dowels, providing a deep tissue self-massage using a fusion of traditional Thai massage, reflexology, and yoga techniques as well as functional movement principles to target trigger points. Move at your own pace and control the pressure using your body weight and a variety of props. These classes follow a slower pace, and are open to all levels and abilities. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
