This class enhances strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility, helping athletes perform at their best. It releases tight muscles, improves joint mobility, and strengthens core stability, promoting recovery and reducing injury risk. Ideal for runners, cyclists, and gym-goers, it supports performance and athletic goals. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
