Saturday - Intro to Yoga

Description

This 60-minute class provides a solid foundation in yoga, emphasizing balance, stability, flexibility, and mobility to enhance overall health, well-being, and freedom of movement. Designed for all bodies, abilities, and experience levels, it fosters an inclusive, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere where everyone is welcome. By moving with intention and connecting to the breath, participants will cultivate calm, body awareness, and inner strength. The intimate group setting encourages both physical and mental well-being, helping students unlock the transformative benefits of yoga. Participants are invited to bring a yoga strap and blocks to enhance their practice. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
