Saturday - Intro to Yoga
Description
This class builds a strong foundation in yoga, focusing on balance, stability, flexibility, and mobility to improve health and movement. Open to all levels and abilities, it fosters an inclusive, supportive environment. Through intentional movement and breath, participants cultivate calm, body awareness, and inner strength. We encourage participants to bring their own mats. Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for.
