Acupuncture and massage can release tension and allow the smooth flow of Qi in your body.
Take the time to allow yourself to be immersed in a session that will include:
· Deep invigorating breath work.
· Some acupuncture needles on your body.
· Light head and neck massage using essential oils.

Facial acupuncture, also known as cosmetic acupuncture or facial rejuvenation acupuncture, is a form of acupuncture specifically aimed at improving skin appearance, reducing wrinkles, and promoting a youthful glow. 

By targeting the face with ultra-fine needles, facial acupuncture can stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and soften facial lines. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it also aims to improve overall body balance and well-being, as it often works on both facial and body acupuncture points in each session.

The session is combined with an application of a sheet mask as well as massage of the face, neck, arms and head.

Facial Acupuncture with Organic Sheet Mask

Cupping is one of the many modalities of traditional Chinese medicine. Cupping is often used in conjunction with acupuncture to maximize treatment effectiveness. It involves the creation of a vacuum through the application of suction. Usually, the traditional method is done using fire in a cup and applying it to the skin, typically on the area where the pain, tension, or discomfort is experienced.


What are the Therapeutic functions of Cupping in Chinese Medicine?
1. Warming the channels to remove cold (warming the body)
2. Promoting qi and blood circulation (increasing blood movement, causing vasodilation and stimulating blood circulation, therefore increasing metabolism and accelerating the elimination of waste and toxins from the body)
3. Relieving swelling (promoting lymphatic drainage)

Cupping Treatment

An acupuncture treatment typically includes the following steps:

1. Consultation & Assessment
•	The practitioner asks about your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and any specific concerns.
•	They may check your pulse, examine your tongue, and assess your overall energy (Qi) flow.

2. Treatment Plan Discussion
•	Based on the assessment, the practitioner explains the treatment approach and expected benefits.
•	They discuss how many sessions may be needed and address any concerns you have.

3. Needle Placement
•	You lie on a treatment table, usually fully clothed, with access to the areas where needles will be inserted.
•	Fine, sterile needles are gently inserted into specific acupuncture points on your body.
•	You may feel a slight tingling, warmth, or pressure, but it’s usually not painful.

4. Relaxation Period
•	The needles stay in place for 20-25minutes while you rest.
•	Many people find this part very relaxing.

5. Needle Removal & Aftercare
•	The practitioner carefully removes the needles.
•	You may feel energized, deeply relaxed, or notice subtle changes in symptoms.
•	Aftercare includes lifestyle or dietary recommendations to complement the treatment.

6. Follow-Up Plan
•	Based on your response, the practitioner may suggest future treatments.
•	Some conditions improve after one session, while others require multiple visits for best results.
